Jim Guzdziol, Chief Executive Officer
Jim has held positions as Vice President of Merchandising, Vice President of Merchandise Planning, Vice President of Systems Development, and Vice President of Finance for The Great Indoors, a chain of remodeling and redecorating superstores and a division of Sears, Roebuck & Co. Jim was one of three executives who developed this retail startup from its inception. He has extensive experience in retail management, process development, systems development, strategic planning, sourcing, business design and finance. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Loyola University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago , and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Vipul Shah, President
Vipul is an operations executive and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has a proven track record in organizational development, software life cycle management, outsourcing and offshoring, process and quality improvement, product development and transitions, lean operations and inventory management. Most recently, he served as the Vice-President in charge of Operations, for NoWag, Inc. which develops web-based tools for the remodeling industry. He has developed in-depth expertise in the retail, remodeling and manufacturing industries through positions with The Great Indoors, a division of Sears, Roebuck and Company, and Avery Dennison Corporation. He received a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tri-State University , Indiana ; a Masters of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Findlay, Ohio; and is pursuing an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
